If leadership matters - and we know it does - then it should matter how we measure and track leadership behaviours. We are not talking about personality profiles or whole-of-person 360s. We are talking about tracking the quantity, quality, impact and consistency of leadership behaviours specific to someone's position in the organisational hierarchy.
